ARPA Emerging Leaders Program

An emerging leader is a student, recent graduate, or professional entering the Quality of Life Sector. This individual is perceived by his employer (paid or volunteer) or peers to have strong core competencies that, with support over time, will lead them to become a dynamic leader within the Sector.

Due to the general scarcity of support, funding and direct mentorship, these leaders may feel that they are stifled, overwhelmed, or generally not supported within the Sector, and take their talents and abilities to other sectors where they anticipate that they will receive greater recognition or support.

Coca-Cola Vancouver 2010 Olymic Torch Relay Torchbearer Nomination Program

EVENT CLOSED

As a presenting Partner of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch Relay, Coca-Cola has the incredible opportunity to bring the Olympic values to life and inspire Canadians across the country to make a life long commitment to live a more active lifestyle.

Coca-Cola has developed two ways for Canadians to demonstrate how, by living active, they can earn a chance to be a torchbearer and carry the Olymic Flame.

Here is how canadians can get involved:

  1. iCoke.ca - Canadians, over the age of 13, who demonstrate that they have made a commitment to active living can submit an application through iCoke.ca

  2. Sogoactive.com - Coca-Cola Canada, in collaboration with ParticipACTION, the national voice of physical activity and sport participation in Canada, has designed and launched SOGO Active, an innovative youth engagment program aimed at 13-19 years old, which gives young Canadians the tools to design, change and control their own individual "get active" plan.
